Our refund policy applies to software products purchased directly from us. If you have purchased our software from a third-party vendor or reseller, please contact them for their refund policy.
We offer a 15-day refund period from the date of purchase. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund. Additionally, we only offer refunds for the following reasons:

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
